    Your first step is to apply for the programme. This allows me to learn about your specific personal goals, the problems you’re grappling with, and the role food plays in your life to assess if the programme and I are the right fit for your needs. I’ll only take you on if I’m 100% confident I can get you results – I don’t want to waste your precious time or money.

    2: Understand

    360 Dietary Assessment & Analysis

    My unique in-depth, comprehensive assessment and analysis provide powerful insights and understanding into your diet, health, lifestyle, and food preferences. You’ll receive a detailed report feeding back on no less than 18 aspects of your diet: body measurements, how many calories you need, the foods you should be eating more of, those you should be eating less of, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. It’s this up front investment of time that yields such quick and powerful results once the coaching phase of our work begins.

    3: Optimise

    360 Nutrition Coaching

    The coaching phase turns those powerful personal insights, understanding and recommendations into healthy eating habits that will last a lifetime. Working together, we’ll optimise your entire diet step by step. We’ll begin with food shopping, learning how to stock your fridge and cupboards for health, before turning to breakfast, lunch then dinner in turn. Sessions are fun, practical, hands-on, and supported by a wealth of time and resources. As I’ll be introducing you to lots of new foods and recipes, there will often be a tasting element too.

    360 Learning for Life

    Over the course of the programme, you’ll gain all the tools you need – the knowledge, skills and confidence – to continue your healthy eating journey independently of me. For life!

  • The coaching phase of the programme covers food shopping, breakfast, lunch, dinner, when you eat and gut health. The content of each session is tailored to your unique requirements.

  • To help you build and maintain momentum, Stages 1 and 2 of the 360 Personalised Nutrition Programme are ideally undertaken over the course of 2-3 months.

    To get the ball rolling, it’s helpful to have your first few coaching sessions weekly. After breakfast, I recommend moving to fortnightly, to allow you time to familiarise yourself with the session materials, shop for ingredients, and then work on your session SMART goals.

    Adequate time between sessions lets you bed down each set of SMART goals/dietary changes into your routine before we move on to the next. It is vital to successful behaviour change – and prevents you from feeling overwhelmed along the way!

  • Sessions are either online or in-person. As those with a practical component (food shopping, tasting, cooking) can only be done in person, I recommend that you live locally/within travelling distance to get full benefit from the programme.

  • My clinic day is a Friday. To allow me adequate time to study your case and prepare materials for our sessions, I do like to stick to Friday appointments wherever possible, but I can flex from time to time if some Fridays aren’t suitable for you.

  • Your initial feedback and planning session usually lasts 90 minutes, but it’s best to allow up to 2 hours in your diary as this session is chunky!

    Subsequent coaching sessions vary from about 1 hour (for info-based sessions) to 2-3 hours for those with a practical component (tasting new products and/or dishes, cooking).
    We take the time you need.

  • The 360 Personalised Nutrition Programme is designed to optimise your diet and health.

    From experience, most clients need about six coaching sessions to achieve their personal goals, which is why I’ve built that number into the foundation coaching phase of the programme, Optimise Your Diet.

    If your case is more complex than usual, you may need one or two extra sessions.

    The follow-on coaching phase, Optimise Your Gut: Optimise Your Body & Mind, is optional but recommended for full benefit.

  • Not usually, no. I like to get outstanding, transformative results for each one of my clients – and that takes time.

    The 360 Personalised Nutrition Programme has been designed to optimise your diet and health. To achieve that, it includes 3-4 months of 1:1 coaching with me.

    Alternatively, if you want to adopt an anti-Inflammatory diet, aren’t ready for the full 360 programme or don’t want to wait, you can sign up for my Anti-Inflammatory Masterclass.   • The powerful insights from your 360 Dietary Assessment & Analysis fused with SMART goal setting mean most people see results after our very first coaching session!

    In preparing for the session, I work especially hard to get you some quick wins, identifying the areas that are causing you the most concern/discomfort and/or those you’re most likely to see quick changes in.

    Most people need about six coaching sessions to achieve their personal goals, which is why I’ve built that number into the foundation coaching phase of the 360 programme, Stage 2: Optimise Your Diet.

  • Optimising your diet takes time, energy, and commitment. If you don’t have much time or headspace in your life right now, then this probably isn’t the right time for you to do the 360 Personalised Nutrition Programme.

    My way of working is intensive. Another reason you need to be in the right place for the programme.

    I’m very much a detail person and understand this trait is key to the transformative results I get for my clients. If you also love detail, or at least don’t dislike it, we’ll work together very well. But if you’re not up for detail, I may not be the best nutritionist for you.

    Lastly, I’m a huge foodie! If, like me, you’re firmly in the live to eat vs eat to live camp, then the 360 Personalised Nutrition Programme is for you. I love my food and expect nothing less for you.
