  • I tend not to provide one-off consultations as it’s simply not possible to pinpoint the issues with your diet and provide support that will lead to lasting change in just one appointment.

    Instead, I work with people to optimise their diets in order to optimise their overall health and wellbeing. To do that, I assess your current diet in detail and then provide an intensive programme of support that’s completely tailored to your unique needs. On average, that requires around 6 sessions.

    Having said that, if you’re just looking for healthy eating advice in a highly specific/defined area, it’s sometimes possible to achieve that in a single information-based session. Please use the contact form to tell me what advice/support you’re looking for and I’ll let you know whether a single session would meet your needs.

  • At present, I have availability to take on new clients in May/June 2024.

  • If you’ve decided you’d like to work with me, I’ll send you a copy of my contract to review and sign. Once I’ve received your signed copy and first payment, your place is confirmed and will be held for you until a space becomes available.

    In the meantime, I’ll send you the assessment forms to complete, so that I can get started on analysis as soon as your space becomes available in my diary.

    Please note that spaces are allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis and are only held on receipt of signed contract and initial payment.

  • In-depth, comprehensive assessment, combined with extensive case study research and prep allow me to quickly pinpoint the issues with your diet and give you simple, actionable advice at our very first meeting.

    Importantly, in preparing for our first session, I consciously work hard to get you some quick wins, identifying the areas that are causing you the most concern/discomfort and/or those you’re most likely to see quick changes in.

    As a result, I’m very pleased to say that almost everyone sees some results after our very first session together.

    However, most people need around 6 sessions to achieve all of their personal goals, which is why I’ve built that number into my twin programmes, Optimise Your Diet and Optimise Your Gut.
